Why we do not offer pay-per-ranking
Traditional pay-for-performance SEO ties your invoice to rank position. That sounds accountable. In practice it creates problems that hurt you more than us.
If we only get paid for rankings, we have every reason to target the easiest keywords — not the ones that drive your revenue. A position-1 ranking on a zero-conversion term costs you the same as one on a high-value commercial term under a pay-per-rank model.
Rank position does not tell you whether the ranking produced revenue. It tells you where you appear in a list. Revenue attribution — connecting organic sessions to pipeline and closed deals — requires a proper analytics setup, not a ranking tracker.
Algorithm updates, SERP feature changes, and competitor moves can swing positions 10 places in a week without anyone on our side changing anything. A model that bills on positions punishes the agency for Google's behavior — which produces perverse incentives all around.
We price on a fixed sprint model, measure against revenue attribution, and publish the results — including the ones that underperformed. That is how accountability actually works in SEO.

The Challenge
HeadOut, a global experiences marketplace, was spending heavily on paid search to acquire customers for core activity categories. The organic pages existed but were not ranking for the high-spend terms — meaning every customer who found them through paid search represented an acquisition cost that could in theory be zero. The gap between their paid spend and their organic coverage was the revenue opportunity.
Our Solution
We ran the paid-to-organic gap analysis across their Google Ads account and GSC data. The gap map identified the highest-CPC activity categories where organic coverage was either absent or below position 20.
