The Challenge
Helpling, a home-services marketplace operating across APAC, had core service pages sitting below position 10 in Singapore — visible in Google's eyes, but not getting clicks. The pages had organic coverage for the right keywords but the on-page signals were misaligned: title tags did not match the dominant click-intent, heading structures were flat, and there was no internal link equity flowing from authority pages to the high-value service hubs.
Our Solution
We ran the paid-to-organic gap analysis, identified the highest-spend terms with no optimized organic page behind them, and audited every SERP signal for those clusters.
