Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the conditions under which you may access and use Grow With Gradient's website, platform, deliverables, and API integrations. By using any part of our services you agree to these terms.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to:

  • All visitors to growwithgradient.com
  • All clients engaged under a Statement of Work or Master Service Agreement with THEPROJECTSEO DIGITAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U73100JH2025OPC026020), trading as Grow With Gradient
  • Anyone accessing the Revenue SEO OS platform, reporting dashboards, gap analysis tools, or API integrations provided by Grow With Gradient
  • Third parties acting on behalf of the above (contractors, employees, subprocessors)

2. Permitted Use

You may use our services and deliverables to:

  • Improve your own website's organic search visibility, content quality, and technical SEO in good faith
  • Review and implement SEO recommendations, keyword maps, content briefs, technical audits, and schema markup for your own domains
  • Access dashboards and reports for the domains specified in your SOW
  • Share deliverables internally within your organisation for review, approval, and implementation
  • Integrate with third-party platforms (CMS, analytics, CRM) as directed in the SOW or agreed in writing

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use our services, platform, or deliverables to:

3.1 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label our proprietary deliverables, methodologies, templates, or AI-generated outputs to third parties without written permission
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any intellectual-property notices in deliverables
  • Reverse-engineer the proprietary Revenue SEO OS methodology or tooling for competitive use

3.2 Deceptive or Harmful SEO Practices

  • Implement link schemes, cloaking, hidden text, doorway pages, or any practice that violates Google Search Essentials or Bing Webmaster Guidelines
  • Use our deliverables to create misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
  • Manipulate search results in a manner that harms end users or violates applicable consumer-protection law

3.3 Platform and System Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other clients' data
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or disrupt our platform
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform or reports beyond what is required for your own engagement, except with prior written consent
  • Conduct load testing, penetration testing, or security scanning of our infrastructure without prior written authorisation

3.4 Legal and Regulatory Violations

  • Use our services in connection with illegal activities, including spam, phishing, fraud, money laundering, or the facilitation of any criminal act
  • Submit data or instruct us to process personal data in a manner that violates applicable privacy laws (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, GDPR, or similar)
  • Provide false or misleading information about your company, domains, or business activities during the onboarding or service-delivery process

3.5 Sharing of Access Credentials

  • Share login credentials, API keys, or dashboard access with individuals outside your organisation without notifying Grow With Gradient
  • Allow a direct competitor of Grow With Gradient to access platform features or proprietary reporting through your account

4. Content You Submit to Us

When you provide us with content, data, brand assets, or briefing materials, you represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary licences to use such content and to authorise us to process it on your behalf
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, defame any person, or violate any applicable law
  • Any personal data you share with us as part of service delivery is covered by our Data Processing Agreement and the applicable privacy notices

5. Consequences of Violation

If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated this AUP, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend access to platform features or deliverables with immediate effect
  • Terminate the engagement under the termination-for-cause provisions of your SOW or our Terms of Service, without refund of fees for the current billing cycle
  • Report violations to relevant law-enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies where required by law
  • Seek injunctive relief or other remedies available under Indian law

We will wherever practicable notify you of the suspected violation and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy it before taking action, except where the violation is severe, continuing, or poses an immediate risk.

6. Reporting a Violation

If you become aware of a potential violation of this AUP by another user or third party, please report it to us at hello@growwithgradient.com with as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to clients and via a notice on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
